Temperature offset of RTD's --------------------------- following is the RTD calibration table for 5-Jan-2001 and 6-Jan-2001 data, imediately after starting the monitoring system by Tsuboyama san. At that time, the detector should be well thermaly stabilized (holidays) and no heating/cooling sources should be present. 11-Jan data correspond to the period when the flange chiller was turned on. The reference (offset=0) is sensor #22 as in the previous calibration table by Yamada san. Figures on the left are the new offsets. > I obtained the offset of each sensors from temperature sensor #22 > (which is 13.0 degree C at no beam and near to the chiller temperature) > as follows.
