Beam current dependence (I=I_HER+I_LER) of the temperature readings at different sensors was obtained in the following way: the available beam current range 0-1000mA was divided in 20 intervals of 50mA. All temperature readings with the beam current I in a certain interval were averaged and the average value is given. Results for all intervals for different sensors are in the Tables by sensor number and the figures are in Figures by sensor number. The third column in the tables is the standard deviation, sqrt(-**2).
